The year 2021 was a milestone in the history of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and our country. We celebrated the Party’s
centenary, achieved the first Centenary Goal, and began a new journey toward the second Centenary Goal. CMSK, born in the times
of reform, continues to advance with the times with a focus on serving what the country needs. We are committed to becoming a
carrier of the people’s better life through high-quality development, writing a new chapter of reform and growth in the new era.

Message from Confronted with changes unseen in a century and the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, we remain true to our original aspiration to

We serve national strategies to create more value.
In 2021, standing on the historic intersection of the Two Centenary Goals, we continued the strong momentum for win-win opening-up and
injected new impetus into economic diversity. We engaged in major national financial innovations, listed the Shekou Industrial Park REIT
and pioneered in China’s financial supply-side reform as a central state-owned enterprise. We also advanced the implementation of
state-level regional development projects, including the development of Xiongan New Area, Hainan Free Trade Zone (Port), Yangtze River
Economic Belt, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. We helped move the first 6,433 relocated households into their
new homes in Rongdong of the Xiongan New Area. Under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), we built and opened the Djibouti International
Exhibition Centre, unveiled the Centre of Innovation and Maritime Excellence and introduced 80 companies into the China-Belarus
Industrial Park, ushering into a new stage of development for all.
We work toward zero carbon emissions to secure a beautiful environment.
In response to China’s 30•60 Decarbonization Goal, we have formulated the carbon neutrality action plan and work to become a
pacesetter in building a carbon-neutral industry. Together with 28,000 enterprises in the real-estate ecosystem, we have released the first
green and quality construction convention for carbon-neutral supply chains in China’s real estate industry. Green is in our DNA. We
continuously advance green and low-carbon development and ecological conservation by promoting green construction, operations,
industrial chains, lifestyles, and smart cities. We also continue to explore the best way for the harmonious coexistence of people, buildings,
cities, and nature, with an emphasis on creating a livable, business-friendly, and people-centered urban environment.
We advance with the times to build beautiful communities together.
Carrying the legacy of CMG to fulfill historic missions and social responsibilities, we keenly watch the needs of social development and
continue to promote social progress through successful business practices. Projects such as Chongqing Landmark and CMG Qichun
Healthcare Industry New Town have contributed to urban development and rural vitalization. Bringing together social support, the
charitable project Peaceful Home has been promoted nationwide to jointly achieve a safer and better living environment. We grow together
with employees, have established a mechanism that “promotes the competent and demotes the incompetent, allows for flexible talent flow
and salary,” and continue to shape a “simple, transparent, efficient, and caring” corporate atmosphere.
The year 2022 is crucial in our new journey in the new era. The 20th CPC National Congress will be convened, marking another milestone
on the journey toward the great national rejuvenation. The CMG will celebrate its 150th anniversary and set sail for a new voyage. We will
